WARRANTY: American Connectors warrants its goods to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Should any defect occur in its products within two years, American Connectors will, at its option, exchange or repair the goods or refund the purchase price. Defective parts must be promptly returned freight prepaid to American Connectors.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is in lieu of all other representations and expressed or implied warranties. This includes the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for use. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use these goods. Under no circumstances shall American Connectors be liable for any incidental or consequential property damages or losses. American Connectors liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
